Top 8 things to do with your Holiday Cards now that the holidays are over

Buy a small notebook and make a photo album from the cards. Paste the photos in a notebook and you can look at your friends and family throughout the year. Do every year and compare how everyone grows.

Make finger puppets. Cut out the people from the photos and glue them on popsicle sticks. Promises hours of entertainment.

Make a collage. Cut out all of the cards and photos and glue them onto a piece of construction paper or poster board. Even the little ones will like helping with this one.

Re-use the non-photo cards as gift tags and wrapping paper decorations. Cut the top of the card and use as wrapping decorations for next years holiday presents.

Make ornaments. Take your favorite cards, cut them into circles, stars, trees and then laminate them. Punch a hole, attach a ribbon and you’ve got new personal ornaments for your tree next year.

Recycle. (a nice way to say out with the old, and in with the new).

Create a database of all of the addresses from the envelopes. Will make writing next years cards that much easier.

Put all of the cards in a stack, punch a hole and tie a ribbon around it. A cute keepsake of the 2010 holidays.

Use the cards as inspiration for what card you want next year (Hey - it's never to early! Check out www.inkandpaige.com for ideas too!)

Hi Tracy! Thank you so much for visiting me! I wanted to let you know that I found those jars at the local Dollarama. But I know at Chrismtas time sometimes these jars can be sold out as they are so popular at Christmas for projects! I hope this helps! Merry Christmas! Angie xo
